Our paid guides are sold through Polar Software, Inc., which acts as the merchant of record. When you buy a guide, Polar is the seller on your receipt and its buyer terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown at checkout, including any applicable sales tax or VAT. After payment you receive immediate access to the download. Purchased guides are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use, as described in section 4. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, our website or materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
