Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

Every Steady Paw guide comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will arrange a full refund. You don't need to explain why.

2. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with:

• the email address you used at checkout, and
• your order reference, if you have it (it's in your receipt email and on the confirmation page).

We aim to reply within two business days.

3. How refunds are processed

Purchases are processed by our checkout provider and merchant of record, Polar Software, Inc. Approved refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days. After a refund, access to the download may be removed.

4. After 14 days

Refunds requested more than 14 days after purchase are not guaranteed, but if something went wrong, such as a broken file or a duplicate charge, please contact us anyway and we'll make it right.

5. Fair use

This guarantee is offered in good faith. We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund patterns. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
